Food Story is a Norwegian store concept based on the idea that food should give you good karma! Food story aims to inspire with their food and they certainly do so with these new labels for their ecological soft drinks. The design is made by VJU both sites are in Norwegian so good luck reading them but if you click on Kunder on the VJU site you get to a list of their work that at least gives you the chance to look at pretty pictures...

i'm totally loving ambers style from Parenthood. The new show on NBC that i sort of love to hate to watch. It half makes me really want to have a family and half makes me want to run for the hills when it comes to raising children... but anyways.

amber seems to have this unique sorta hipster half 80's rebel vibe going and I just can't get enough. I wish i could have found better pictures... but look at those glasses, and those bowling shoes? i love it.

oh and she perpetually wears blazers - my all time favorite thing about fashion right now. I could seriously wear one everyday. The semi throw back to the 80's style long jacket with rolled up sleeves is now a staple in my wardrobe. amazing.

did i mention that i ran 15.6 miles this weekend?

oh well. i did.

it was FREEZING and RAINING and WINDY. but I did it.

and it was hard.

knd was nice enough to run with me (although I think i surprised him at how well i did, he kept saying he was 'slowing down' for me but i think i gave him a run for his money) we ran a 9 min pace and finished in 2 hours and 21 min. I even BEAT my 2.5 hr. goal!

all in all - huge success.

i am very proud of myself :)

but thats besides the point... my camera still isn't here! what a bummer right? It was sent to the wrong address (mainly my fault) and after about a bagillion conversations with the seller and UPS... instead of it being sent to the holding center by my house.. they sent it back.... needless to say i'm not happy... and now i have to pay shipping - AGAIN. ugh.

but that picture sure is pretty right? almost enough to put me in a better mood.

sometimes it's the little things in life that mean the most. I am loving Leah's daily exercise in gratitude. Its amazing how the smallest thank you or recognition can make your day so much brighter. Attitude is really everything, and whether something that we hate is teaching us to be patient or something that we love is reminding us how it feels to be loved, we have to stay happy.
